Itzbeen Baby Care Timer - Green

Itzbeen Baby Care Timer - Green

Loved it till it broke

I absolutely love this item. Well that is till it fell off the back of the couch and broke. It fell three feet and now it's dead. I loved it while it worked though. It was so useful to help me keep track of when I fed my newborn and when I took my pain meds and my newborn was in ICU for a few days so I was pumping and it helped me keep track of when I did that too. I am thinking about ordering another one just because of how much it helped me. But not sure if I want to spend the money again if it is so fragile that any kind of bump will break it.

Defective from the get go

I hoped to use this thing as soon as I came back from the hospital, so three days before my due date I got it out and tried to make sense how it works only to discover that any time I pressed the second button (the feeding button) the whole thing gets reset and blanks out. Taking the batteries out and placing them back again restarts the thing till the next time you press the same button. Well, given all time constraints and all you need to do with a newborn who has time to bother with mailing to factory and getting replacement, etc. I wish there was some option to exchange at Babies'r'us or some similar deal but alas -- I am stuck with a defective $25 + item. I do use it and make do using the extra star button as a feeding button, but I quite frankly am annoyed this has to happen -- a simple timer should not be acting up so early on -- not when it is priced as a minor mp3 player. Either save your money or order well in advance, try using it and take replacement steps before your baby arrives.

Not just for babies...

We have this to use when our little girl finally arrives, but I started having contractions during week 32 and used this to time the legnth and time in between. It was really helpful to have the multiple timers going. Ended up having to go to the hospital to stop the contractions, but now I carry in my purse just in case they come back. It was a life saver!

Good for "schedule" the baby

i had my son on feeding schedule every 4 hours since he was born and i did the same when my daughter arrived 3 weeks ago. with the itzbeen timer is easier for me to remember when it's time and when it's not, having so much to do in the house and with her big brother who keeps my hands full. it's a good help and yes, very nice baby shower gift.

Must have for 1st time parents!

We got this as a gift and LOVE it. As new (first time) parents, it just gives you a few less things to think about. So helpful if your pediatrician is (like ours) adament that your baby eats every 2-3 hours (no more, no less). When our daughter is fussy, we can take a quick look at the timer for our first guess about what she needs. 99% of the time, the timer is right!! Get this and the book "Healthy Sleep Habits, Healthy Child" and "Happiest Baby on the Block" for new parents. All genius.

Parents of Invention Ultimate Baby Wrap- Black

Parents of Invention Ultimate Baby Wrap- Black

Great for babies and toddlers

Once you learn how to do the different types of wraps you'll use, this is such an easy carrier to use! I love the versatility of it, it has worked well for wearing my 4 month old nephew (sideways like with a sling as well as upright) in the front while babysitting and being able to still move around and get stuff done, as well as being able to wear my 25lb toddler in it in multiple positions (depending on what he wants). I wish I'd had this when my toddler was a baby! The only real con is that it will drag on the ground when you put it on so you have to consider that in your plans. Otherwise, it is very sturdy, comfortable, and easily cleaned. A good product for someone who wants or needs to wear their baby/toddler, it should last for the duration.

My Favorite Carrier

This is by far my favorite carrier. I am a petite woman (5'0"), so I found that most of the traditional carriers do not fit well on my frame. I tried the Ergo and the Snugli carriers, but my baby did not seem to like the structured nature of those carriers. He seems to prefer this wrap, which is stretchy and soft and feels more organic. This wrap has really been a lifesaver for me...my arms were killing me from holding him! He is just shy of 20 lb at 5 months, so I really needed something that would help distribute his weight to my back and shoulders to give my arms a rest. The other thing I love about this wrap is that it's so versatile. Even my husband can use it without having to mess with adjusting a hundred different straps and buckles. Sure, it's not necessarily intuitive to figure out how to wrap it right out of the box, but it definitely is easy to do once you've practiced it a couple times. And I think it also feels secure without being too rigid. One caveat: all babies have their preferences, so I would suggest trying on a variety of slings, wraps, and carriers before buying any one of them. But this is the one that worked best for me and my baby...

Fantastic baby wrap

I purchased this for my daughter in law who is 5'10" tall and might weigh oh 105 lbs soaking wet. She absolutely LOVES it. My granddaughter is 5 months old and Amy says that it spreads her weight out so that there is no pressure on her back even though she has a slight scoliosis. It was easy to use - less than 5 mins - with the dvd instructions and she is eager to teach me how to use it. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a baby carrier or wrap.

LOVE IT!!!!!

I don't know what I would do with out this wrap. A little time consuming when my newborn was screaming to put it on. My baby was only happy if in this wrap, he is happy all day long in the wrap. For this price, you can't beat it. Has a pocket in the front great for putting a nuk in, mail, or cell phone. This is a must for shopping. Forget lugging around the infant carriers, especially when you have other children. Your hands are completely free!! Don't buy those carriers with straps, those are worthless!

It takes a little getting used to

I have had a love/hate relationship with this baby carrier. First off, it is very difficult to get situated on your body. It comes with a video to try and ease the pain but it is still a little complicated to make sure that you have enough slack here and not to much there. The wrap itself is VERY long so you end up having to wrap the excess material around yourself two or three times (and I am not a petite woman). Once I had the sling on me and managed to position my baby it worked pretty well. I have really only used the forward facing method because the nursing position scared me (she was very young and it doesn't seem very sturdy) and she is either too small for the other positions or doesn't want to just stare at my chest. She gets a kick out of having her legs free to move around and still be able to walk with me and see what I am doing. HOWEVER~once she gets fussy and doesn't want to be in the wrap it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get her out within one minute (and that minute seems like an eternity when your baby is crying!) The wrap is so long and tucked in by the time it is secure that it takes forever to untuck it and unwind it off my body, and pulling her straight out doesn't work either because her legs can't get past the layers of cloth that hold her in without first loosening the whole thing (thus starting to unravel the mile-long cloth). Overall I would say there is probably a better option out there, but if you have the patience, this wrap is truely customizable to each individual body.

Combi Helio DX Lightweight Stroller in Ember/Wasabi

Combi Helio DX Lightweight Stroller in Ember/Wasabi

Buy this stroller!!!

After using a wide array of strollers, we think this one really is the best. It has all the features we USE and NEED without all the bulk and weight of a traditional stroller. It folds up easily and barely takes up more room than the cheap, ten-dollar umbrella strollers. It only weighs thirteen pounds, and with the carrying strap on the back, it's amazingly easy to get in and out of the trunk. Opening it is a snap, it sort of opens on its own without any effort. The included bag is nice, I have a toddler so all I carry is a changing kit, Purell and some bandages w/ointment and hand/face wipes, all of which fit perfectly and either stows in the basket underneath or hangs from attachment points near the handle. Not having a parent's tray was no biggie for me, I added some accessories Click 'n Go Stroller Cup Holder, and Convenient Hook 'n Go 2 Packto attach if I need them. The handle of this stroller is taller than most, despite its compact fold, making it comfortable to push. I love that the child bar has a cupholder and another for a snack or small toy and opens on both sides or can be removed completely (for washing). The ENTIRE seat cushion comes off easily, to throw into the wash. The whole area around the child is roomier and more comfortable for my son, he likes to sit back and rest his feet up on the bumper bar. I really think this is excellent for the features and price, I only wish I'd bought one sooner.

Lightweight but cannot carry much stuff

it is indeed very lightweight stroller. the basket under it is TOO small to fit anything. i suggest to buy hook which could be attached to the handle in order to hang things

MADE IN CHINA

I bought this stroller believing I was purchasing a stroller from an American subsidiary of a European company since they advertise as "Combi, USA". I was beyond disappointed when the stroller came and the box read "Made in China". Shame on one more company for going to the dark side. I've since purchased a Peg Perego P3, on sale here at Amazon for $179, to replace the Combi, I did give the product 2 stars because the stroller works well and was easy to put together. I'm just extremely disappointed at having sent one more dollar to that ruthless government.

HELIO EMBER/WASABI

The stroller lived up mostly to my expectations.Except the swivel wheels dont swivel so great. Otherwise I liked the cushioning and the lightness of the product.

Combi Helio - Great Stroller!

Great stroller. Everything we needed in a lightweight. Closing it is a bit stiff, but once you get the hang of it it's great. Cupholder for the parent would be nice. Harness pads to keep the little one from chafing also would be nice.

Maclaren Universal Organizer Carbon

Maclaren Universal Organizer Carbon

Maclaren Universal Organizer

I bought this stroller organizer to add storage space to my Maclaren Quest. If I bought it to hold water bottles only, I would give it five stars. Overall, it does not meet my needs for organization. The organizer was easy to install, but I find it gets in my way when I am using the stroller. It blocks my view of the levers to close the stroller, because of how low it hangs. I find it to be too deep to hold anything I want to reach easily. I may sew it so it is several inches shorter, but as it is, I keep the raincover for the stroller in there, and nothing else. I do like having a place for my water bottles, and I can put a can of soda in the cup holders as well. In my opinion, they could have made a better organizer, and it probably should have been included in the price of the stroller.

Not as pictured

Although this product certainly serves its function for us (and as others have said, really it's designed for skinnier water bottles with tight fitting caps, as opposed to your Venti Chai Latte). My biggest beef with this product is that it does not function as the image would lead you to believe. The photo shows that the bottom of the mesh sack attaches to the stroller frame ... it does not. It appears that there are two black straps, but the actual product does not have this. They may have used velcro or a different version of the item for the product shot. Since it does not attach to the frame, the mesh bag sort of dangles off the back of your stroller. When you collapse and fold the stroller, it still dangles and flops backwards when you toss your stroller into the back of your vehicle. Aside from this, we love the fact that we now have a spot to stash our mobile phone, camera, and water bottles when we're taking a walk or making our way through an airport.

For Maclaren only and light stuff!!

We bought this organizer because my diaperbag was too heavy for our stroller maclaren. It can hold on only a small bottle of water or a baby bottle (forgot your soda or coffee!). It's design for like stuff like soft toys or extra clothes. Personnaly it works for me. Really depend what you are looking for.

Pretty good organizer. . .

This organizer works fine with my Maclaren stroller. My only complaint is that you can't put drinks (except for water bottles) in the drink holders. Besides that, I really like it.

A little flimsy, but OK

A little flimsly, but helps out storing a few things for our light Maclaren stroller. Certainly worth $20.

Sun Net - Solar Cover and Insect Net For Strollers & Infant Carriers

Sun Net - Solar Cover and Insect Net For Strollers & Infant Carriers

A MUST buy if you live in the south!!

I bought this because we have a VERY active family. We are always on the go to soccer fields, football games, ect. Since we live on the south east coast, we have those NASTY sand gnats! Sand gnats (some call them no-see-ums) are those teeny, tiny bugs that don't just bite but actually SHRED your skin. Talk about an "OUCH"! This bug net actually had holes small enough to keep them off my newborn. He never seemed to get hot underneath it and it helped keep pesky stranger fingers away from him! My only wish was that it was white like the picture. Mine came in navy which makes it a little hard to see him through the net. I was not given a color choice so I assumed at the time of order that it would be white like in the picture. All in all, I'm very happy with this product.

Compass Deluxe Folding Booster Car Seat - Aspen

Compass Deluxe Folding Booster Car Seat - Aspen

Great booster

Great booster seat. My son loves it. We plan on buying another one for our daughter who is very jealous after seeing this one. Easy to use. There is a lot of padding and when my son fell asleep in the car today his head did not flop forward, he seemed very comfortable. The shoulder strap fits great and it is in the right place with the guide so it can not slip off.

Couldn't Find A Better One

My wife and I did an extinsive research about best boosters that fullfill these criteria: 1) Adaptability (to change from a booster with back support to just a seat booster as our boy grows); 2) Quality Cover (fabric should not be polyster); 3) Easiness to use and store; and 4) Price. Bottom line: this booster has exceptionally fullfilled all these criteria plus my 3 year old son just loves it and when he falls asleep, he can rest his head on either supportive sides which is great.

LOVE THIS BOOSTER - and I have tried a lot!

Wow! This booster really had it all! I picked ours up locally at Target, which was more expensive than Amazon, but Amazon did not have them when we were looking. The folding dfeature caught my eye, as eveytime we fly, my car seats get completely messed up. Problem solved! Now the car seat is super comfortable, 2 cup holders, and is a great size! I can't say anything bad about it. Love it! Also the arms rests are really nice, and keep them in the seat, and not slouched to the side when they fall asleep in the car

awesome booster

I bought this for my daughter and it is such a great seat. Comfortable, safe and easy to use. We love the cup holders and adjustable back. Would buy again and recommend.

Good seats

We ordered one first to see how it is. (The only drawback to these seats is that it's only available online). But based on reviews and customers who had compared the particular seats that we were considering AND this one, we thought we'll try it. It seemed good so now we have two. We've only had them for a month but we like them so far. It's light, comfortable for the kids(even when sleeping), and the adjustable headrest for taller chlidren is great. It has the fabric and cushioning even when you extend the headrest.

Skip Hop Splash - White

Skip Hop Splash - White

Good, durable

I like this product. My only downfall is that there isn't enough space for all of my bottles, it holds nine. I did have some difficulty figuring out were the nipples were supposed to go, I ended up just tossing them in the top. But it looks a lot nicer than the basket I had on my counter and it's definitely more organized.

baby bottle rack

the bottle rack dryer is pretty much what I expected as the way it had been described by the vendor ... it is a nice space saver on the counter top instead of the huge flat one I had with all the spaces for the bottles ... the design is unique and quite attractive ... and the fact that the bottle brush stands upright in the middle is such a fabulous idea ... I recommend it for any smaller kitchen ... it fits nicely into the corner and is out of the way and not a detraction as the larger, chunky ones are ... in fact it is possible that two could be used if needed for lots of bottles or if you have twins ... because it is such a clever design it could almost be a decoration ! overall I am pleased that I purchased it...

Best designed bottle holder (and good looking too)

I made the mistake of buying a cheaper bottle holder first, and ended up buying this one later anyway. It is clear that the design is thought through not just for bittles but for pump parts, which is why the cheaper holder didn't work. Well worth the price.

Makes life so much easier!

I am a new mother with a 4 month year old. We used to have our bottles just dry on a cloth, but this drying rack saves space and makes sterilising so much easier! A must-have for those bottle feeding their babies.

Touch of whimsy makes the difference

I've heard a saying attributed to the long-dead British interior designer William Morris -- "Never have anything in your home that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful." Whoever said it, I always add "and preferably both" to the end of that quote. This product is the type of thing everyone with a baby needs, but someone has put in a little effort to transform what could have been strictly utilitarian into a visual delight. Gives a little lift to a mundane and sadly frequent chore.

Phil and Ted's MeToo Chair - Red

Phil and Ted's MeToo Chair - Red

Great chair

This is a really good product, I bought it because I was moving out of country and I was going to be doing quite a bit traveling with my then 6 month old girl. This chair has been all over Ecuador & Europe. It folds flat like a medium size pizza box, it fits in my diaper bag. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it can't be used with glass or pedestal tables. Other than that is nice & useful luxury to have.

Chairs for twins

I bought these chairs for my 11 month old twins (20 lbs). They work great. We use them for relatives houses where we don't have high chairs. The chairs are sturdy and stable. They are easy to wash and have made mealtimes and snacktimes easy.

the best baby gift EVER!

This is now my favorite baby gift for friends, and I use mine every time my grandson is here. Easy to attach, folds flat and fits easily on any shelf.

Love this seat

This chair is great for meals on the go. We've been using it to go out to dinner with our 8-month old and it works great. It cleans off easily and stores in our diaper bag. I've already bought this as a gift and am considering making it my de facto gift for new parents. The only caveat is for really thin tables - the clamps won't get tight enough. If you're buying it for home use, you might want to make sure it will work with your table depth.

Best high chair we've ever owned (and we would know)...

We have 7 (soon to be 8) children and the Me Too chair is the best mealtime chair we've ever owned. We began with a Peg Perego high chair that took us through our first few children, but it was another piece of furniture entirely. Large high chairs are always in the way, and we have a large kitchen so it isn't merely a square footage issue. They are also a pain to clean because of the many nooks and crannies, in addition to the fact that one can't simply drop the high chair into a sink full of soapy water. All high chairs or boosters are work to keep clean, so if you are expecting to be able to wipe one down and walk away, you need to change your expectations. We have had no problem washing the Me Too in the sink with soapy hot water and then allowing it to dry overnight, but we live in a dry climate. And while the Me Too might not fit every table, it fits the most-used table here- the one in our kitchen. We can use high chairs provided by restaurants when not at home. I'm off to purchase another for the next little guy arriving in our home soon.

SafeFit Kick Mats 2 pk. - Gray

SafeFit Kick Mats 2 pk. - Gray

Awesome seat back covers!!

You can't beat these for the price. They are sturdy, look great (better than the plastic ones I had that fall apart at the seams) and are washable. I have no complaints - these are great!

Does the job; sturdy; totally worth it

We have an almost 4 yr old who likes to kick/scuff/dig into the back seat of our car. My first purchase was a 4 pack of the clear plastic protectors. We went through those pretty quickly. Especially here with cold winters, the plastic quickly cracked and totally ripped very easily. There's so much more in life to worry about, but before we got these SafeFit Kick mats, it bugged me... I haven't given it a thought since we put on these mats. My husband whipped these SafeFit Kick mats onto the seats barely thinking about it. I haven't worried about the back of our seats during the snow melts & these April showers since we put them on.

Gate Check Umbrella Stroller Bag

Gate Check Umbrella Stroller Bag

Good idea but ....

I bought this cover for my chicco stroller. It is very easy to use and great to fold; however, tears appeared after the first 5 flights. I need a new one or I have to find something stronger.

It's okay for the price

I purchased two of these bags for a trip. I bought one for my chicco umbrella stroller and another for my pack n play. My pack n play comes with a bag as most do now but I wanted the added protection. Anway...they survived but I'm not sure how many more trips I will be able to use them for as the seams have ripped in a few areas. When I checked our bags i had the fragile tags put on them as well. They do fold up nicely in the little bag attached. Depending on how much you travel you may want to invest in something a little more durable but if it's a once a year trip you'll probably be fine.

Good investment

This bag protected my Zooper Twist stroller with no problems at all. We just returned from vacation, each way had a layover, so four flights total so far and no tears or holes. Amazingly, the bag still looks new! It slips right over the stroller when folded up, and comes out just as easy. It was a good investment since we bought a pricey stroller!

stroller bag cover for air travel

We used this bag to cover our lightweight chico stroller & used it at gate check-in. Its not the most durable bag but it did the job. I wouldn't recommend using this bag for baggage check the material can tear. There was extra room to spare in the bag. Get it, its worth the money to protect your stroller while traveling.

Good Idea But Tears Easily

This is a great idea, as these bags fold up nicely into a small, zippered pouch for storage in your carry on luggage while not on the plane. It definitely protected our stroller and baby seat (with the other gate check bag for baby seats) from getting dirty in the cargo hold. The downside is that the fabric tears very easily, and both of our bags got several tears in them after 3 or 4 flights.

Fisher-Price Zen Collection High Chair

Fisher-Price Zen Collection High Chair

High Chair

Not bad, seems a little tight with the tray on for my girl (weighs 23 pounds, so not much room to grow with the chair. Rollers don't seem to roll very easily either, but incidental, we don't roll it far.

Fashion and Function all-in-one

This chair is pretty great. The colors work well in our dining room so we don't have to worry about hiding the chair. We use the fold-up feature for the back legs so it doesn't stick out as much, but it stays right in our dining room. Our 6 month old daughter decided to really "initiate" it by having a diaper "blow out" the very first time she sat in it and ate cereal. Let me tell you, she did a number on this one! To my suprise and delight, the fabric washed up great! No stains or signs of any mess. My only two complaints about the chair is 1) the tray does not go on and off as easily as I would like, it takes 2 hands normally. 2) the locks on the wheels are too small so its hard to unlock them while holding a baby. I wish there was a way to lock and unlock the wheels with my feet rather than having to bend down while holding my daughter. Other than this, we love the chair.

Very nice looking chair and functional

This chair really is as attractive as it looks, and blends in nicely with our dining room so it is not an eyesore like so much kids stuff is these days! Easy to put together. Less wood on it than it seems from the pictures, some of that is actually brown plastic. Seating is great, easily cleanable - love the green seat. Seems a little small to last my now 6 month old through the next couple of years, I guess we will see!

beautiful chair

I ordered this for my 3 month old. Chair is beautiful! Not only was it a breeze to put together, it is very classy and matches my furniture. The top of the tray pops off and fits in the dishwasher very easily. The legs on the chair area little wide but still fit great around the table. Very comfortable for a small baby and reclines back very far. Overall great chair!!

Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breast Pump with Backpack

Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breast Pump with Backpack

works great

The Pump in style works great comes with all the extras, nice storage space(pockets on sides and back). very discreet design. Works just as well as the hospital grade (medela symphony)in my opinion. Travels well took mine on vacation, the only ones that could tell was the x-ray guy in airport security.

What a lifesaver!

I used this pump faithfully for 12 months, several times a day. It allowed me to go back to school and finish school while knowing that my child was getting the best possible nutrition. I never had a problem with it and it was very convenient. I had more trouble finding time to pump. When I was done with it I gave it to my friend who wanted to keep breastfeeding after she went back to work. 9 months later it is still going strong.

I love it!!

I read many reviews and decided to go with the Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breast Pump with Backpack. It's awesome ;) I had a single electric medela pump before and this one is sooo much faster and quieter. I ordered on a Wednesday night with regular shipping and it arrived on Saturday afternoon. It's costly but I would definately recomend it if you are planning to use it long term.

Much better than the Original!

I am a stay-at-home-mom and am breastfeeding exclusively. I debated on which type of pump to get given that I wasn't planning on pumping often, just to have some extra milk for occasional bottle feeding and to freeze milk for future use. I really didn't want to spend this much on a pump, but there were a couple things that swayed me to purchase this: 1. The Medela brand. I researched options over and over again and I kept coming back because of the positive reviews. Other pumps had good reviews, but a lot of bad ones also. This brand seemed to have the most consistent positive reviews. 2. I plan to have more children. I figured better to invest in a good pump that I can use for several kids than a cheaper pump that I would have to keep replacing. 3. I could either buy a cheaper single pump, or go with a more expensive double pump. The trade-off is time. I felt it was worth the time saving. If I was pumping a couple times a day for a year, imagine the time savings to be double-pumping. To me it was worth it. Thank goodness I bought this, I developed thrush about a week after my baby was born and was unable to breastfeed. However, I was able to express and bottle feed until the infection cleared up. In doing this, between pumping and feeding it was taking up an incredible amount of time each day. But, imagine how much time it would have taken if I only had a single pump! Get the advanced model--the two stage pumping process is really helpful. I have to go back and forth between the two stages several times in one pumping session. I'm not sure how well I could have pumped with another model without this feature. A couple negatives...Medela removed several features from the 2008 model that the 2007 model had, I guess so they could lower the price and make it more affordable. This included the manual pump (which is really needed in case you ever go on vacation and don't want to take the full pump or are away from your pump for an extended period of time and need to relieve some pressure), the bottle stands, and the removable motor. If you can still get your hands on a 2007 model, I would suggest you do so because these features are good to have. I get really annoyed with not having the bottle stands, the top of the bottle with the horns is heavier than the bottle, so they tip over constantly unless they are really full of milk. Also, you have to press a button to go between the two phases of pumping, but when you are holding a bottle in each hand, unless you have a third arm and hand it is tricky. Eventually you get used to it, but I wish there were some way to make this easier. Overall I'm really happy with the purchase!

MOBI Portable Rechargeable Light Blue

MOBI Portable Rechargeable Light Blue

Great idea; cute' but a little too bright.

I was torn as to whether to give this 3 or 4 stars. I went with 4 because I do think it is a great concept and seems to work well. The only issues is that, although it has a "dim" setting, it is still quite bright. Maybe another color would be less intense. Having said this, it works perfectly for the purpose for which I bought it. My 1-year-old has asthma, and when he is having difficulties I have to give him nebulizer treatments at night time that last about 10 minutes. I always try to keep the lights down so that he won't wake up during the treatment, but it is hard to make sure he is getting the medicine in the dark. So I bought this night light so that I can put it in his crib or hold it up next to the crib so I can see that he is getting the medicine. It works very well for these purposes. My son likes to play with it in the morning when it is still dark and he is running round our room before I am ready to get out of bed. He seems quite amused by it and likes that he can turn it on and off on his own. I do recommend this product, but do know that it will light up the whole room and is quite bright to look at directly.

Best newborn nightlight!

We have been having trouble finding a light for our bedroom at night that would let me and my husband see while nursing and changing our daughter's diaper, but that didn't distract her and wake her up. The blue tykelight is the perfect solution. We liked the first one we got so much that we ordered a second one to keep by the changing table. The blue light doesn't disrupt REM sleep like other lights do.

Misleading Description

While I love the Moby light, the description under product features is misleading. This is NOT the light with the rechargable base. It has the cord in back -- the older version. I returned mine because I already have this model and wanted to upgrade and get the base. This model does not stay on very long when fully charged - 4 hours at best. The newer version allegedly stays on 10 hours. 4 stars for the light in general, Zero stars for the seller.

MOBI Light is great purchase

I bought this for my 2 and 1/2 year old when we transitioned to a "big boy bed" in a new room and he loved having a new special light. It is very bright and colorful. The charge only lasts 10 hours as it says and it must be recharged again during the day. 12 hours would be ideal but 10 works. It is a fun, useful night light.

What a great nightlight!

We've had this little guy for a week and it's great so far. It provides plenty of light for my son to be able to see to walk around his room, but it's just a soft glow and not an actual light that would disrupt his sleep. I keep forgetting to charge it every morning, but that's my problem!

Bright Starts Bounce Bounce Baby Activity Zone in Pink

Bright Starts Bounce Bounce Baby Activity Zone in Pink

Love It!

My 5 month old daughter loves it. She loves the toys and, the fact that she can turn around in it to reach everything. The pink is great a must have for all baby girls!

My daughter loves this!!

This activity center is bright and colorful and the toys and activities are easy for my 5-month-old daughter to manipulate. She loves playing in it and it gives me time to get things done while she safely entertains herself. Works so well, I bought a second one for the grandparent's house. Would definitely recommend!!

Good Product

A bit more assembly required than expected but overall still very satisfied with product and price. The baby loves it!

best activity zone

I got this toy for my four month old daughter. She absolutely loves it. i love that there are places to hang other toys. My favorite part is how little space this takes up in my room. Other products are huge coampared to this one. I love it!!

great toy

I purchased this for my 5 month old at the time - she is 6 months now. She loves it. I love it because it give her the opportunity to stand and play with a few different things. I think that she loves it because she can stand, jump and play. Its been a life saver for me!

Great utensils for people who have just had lap-band surgery and can only take in small amounts of food.

Fisher-Price Zen Collection Cradle Swing

Fisher-Price Zen Collection Cradle Swing

Already disappointed

I pre-ordered this swing before it was released and it just arrived today. Already, I'm upset to see that the immediate post-release price is $30 less than what I paid for it. That's what we get for giving Fisher Price early sales?? Besides that, you should note that the seat base has a strap that isn't shown in the instruction diagrams, so you don't know whether that is the front or the back of the seat base . . . until you've already attached it to the swing base and are putting the rest of it together. Then, you find out that strap goes in the back (this will make sense when you put it together - put the strap in the back). Not a big deal, except that I've already attached it to the swing base, and it turns out the huge orange Warnings are now at the front of my once-beautiful, most-expensive-on-the-market swing . . . and once you click these pieces together, IT'S PERMANENT, so I can't turn it around. I don't even know why screws are included, because even after I removed them, this sucker doesn't come apart. So I can't put the huge orange Warnings facing the back (I only need to read them once, I don't need them in my face forever). If anyone finds a remedy for this, please feel free to describe it in the comments. So basically I paid too much for the most expensive swing on the market, and it's ugly now.

Chicco C6 Stroller Sydney Blue

Chicco C6 Stroller Sydney Blue

great stroller

This is the second one of these we have bought in the last year. It is a great stroller and we travelled with it all around Europe, but then lost it somewhere between the park and the mall. I didn't even think of buying a different one, when we lost it. It is sturdy, compact, and very easy to travel with. Also, you can't beat the price.

Excellent for vacation

We recently went on a 7 day cruise with our 8 month old baby girl and we loved using this umbrella stroller! We strolled her all around the ship and she seemed very comfortable. It was extremely easy to fold and very light weight. I will definately be using this stroller a lot more in the future.

Great Stroller!!

This is a great stroller. I have a small daycare and decided to buy three strollers, and buy some stroller connectors to connect them all together so that the three little ones I watch can all face forward and see what's going on. I bought 3 of the Chicco CG, one in the green, one in blue, and one in the orange. The colors are great and the kids love them. The five-point harness is excellent, as is the fact that they recline. These strollers turn on a dime. Even when I have all three connected together, just locking the inner sets of wheels so they don't turn, only having the outer wheels to turn the unit, I can turn the stroller with no problem, even with only one hand. The umbrella's on the strollers are also great! They come down far enough, that they completely keep the sun out of their eyes, and also keep the wind out of their faces too. These are great strollers, that I would and have recommended to many people!!

Fantastic umbrella stroller!

I got this stroller because the umbrella stroller I had was too flimsy and not comfortable for the baby. This stroller is fantastic! It glides along easily, no fighting with the wheels, and the wheels can lock into place for bumpy roads. The manufacturer thought of all the important details for an umbrella stroller: carrying strap, small basket, 5-point harness, comfortable handles, semi-reclining option, and carrying bag. I am very pleased, though it is a little bit bigger than my other umbrella stroller when folded. This stroller will be so much better for travelling than the average cheap umbrella stroller because it is more comfortable and more sturdy. It is definitely worth the money to get an umbrella stroller like this that can be used for more than the occasional trip to the mall.

Would recommend

I really liked how light weight and durable this stroller is. The only problem I have with it is that the foot release, to break it down, is a little tough. I love the color and it reclines back (not a lot) so my son can sleep.

Compass Premier Folding, Adjustable Booster

Compass Premier Folding, Adjustable Booster

great boosters

We now own 4 of these seats-- for our 3.5 year old twins in 2 cars. They are great seats-- well designed, easy to use and they look good. Far superior to the Graco turbo booster which felt really cheap and was much narrower.

Great Deal

We are very pleased with this purchase. Great quality and a good deal. The booster seat has plenty of padding for comfort. It is very easy for our child to enter and exit. We like that the armrests swivel up and out of the way, the cupholders easily fold in or out, and the head rest is easy to adjust. It arrived in the time frame specified.

Good seat

This is a good booster. It seems a little wobbly after being used to a sturdy car seat, but my big 3 year old is very comfortable in it. It arrived quickly and was super-easy to install.

Great Car Seat

I have the car seat with pink not grey though--great seat, but the pink gets dirty easily. I love the fact that it folds in 1/2 and is easy to transport around--light weight. As well the arm rests fold up which allows my children to strap themselves in, or at least try.

Worked as expected in a real car accident

Three weeks after buying this booster seat, my wife and son were in a car accident, where the car was struck on the side. My wife suffered a broken pelvis and other minor injuries. My son was strapped in his Compass B510 booster seat and it protected him - he had no injuries! This booster seat is a snap to unfold and put in the car. It felt more sturdy than others on display at the store. The color and texture of the fabric is nice, and it blends very well with my grey leather seats. Although the booster seat that was in the car accident had no visible signs of damage, it is suggested to replace them after a car accident because they may have hidden damage. I was satisfied with the original seat, so I purchased the same seat as a replacement.

Compass Deluxe Folding Booster Car Seat - Giraffe

Compass Deluxe Folding Booster Car Seat - Giraffe

Great Booster seat

I ordered this just before my daughter's 4th birthday. When it arrived, I realized that it was much more comfortable for her than her car seat, so we started using it right away. She loves it!! It is quite plush, making long rides easier on her. The moveable arm rests make her getting in and out of the car easier, the two cup holders help contain snacks and drinks and the seat belt is held in place by the high back. Everyone admires her giraffe print, and I am quick to tell people to check out this company. They make a great product.

Excellent investment for your children!

I did a lot of research for booster seats and this one was a definite "Yes!". The Compass seat is the only one that folds down, making it excellent for travel, especially on an airplane. My husband just left for deployment to Kuwait for 7 months and I knew I'd be taking a lot of plane trips during the time he was gone. I needed a seat that was safe, comfortable for my daughter, easy to transport, and easy to keep clean. The cover of the seat snaps off easily in different pieces so you only have to wash the pieces that got soiled. I threw it in the washing machine on the hand wash cycle and then air dried it....no more struggling to get the 1-piece cover off for 20 minutes and struggling to get it back on for 20 minutes or longer. The seat adjusts easily in the car and it takes about 5 seconds to fold it down for travel. She loves the armrests and the hidden cupholders and the wrap-around head piece is the perfect size so she can still see out the window and she has head support when she falls asleep. I did purchase the $19.99 bag for the carrier so I could check it with our baggage on the airlines. the bag unzips completely so you just lay the seat in it. I would recommend this seat to anyone!!!! The print is adorable, my daughter loves it and it smooth and comfortable. I am in love!!!!

Compass Deluxe Booster Sear Review

This is a great car seat! My daughter outgrew her toddler seat, but wasn't ready for a small backless booster seat (I wasn't either) & this seat is perfect for both of us. She loves the softness of the seat and the cup holders. She feels grown up & tells everyone all about her new carseat. (It also has a build in handle that makes it easy to move in and out of the cars.) This car seat does cost more than some of it's competitors, but it has great safety ratings so I will highly recommend it.

Cowmooflage to Giraffe with ease!

Well, it's that time. My small 5 year old daughter has hit the milestone of graduating to the big girl seat. We have been using our beloved BRITAX ROUNDABOUT for as long as we possibly could. It was an easy choice, to get another Britax...until they discontinued the cowmooflage parkway model that i wanted to move into. So i asked friends who own a compass, poured over info at many babystore sites. I could just not buy the junk flimsy seats that i see in most stores. I saw the Giraffe print here at amazon first and was reassured that this Compass was the answer. I didn't want the basic version from the store, my daughter was going to get a FUN one. Kudos to Compass for understanding that making the seats comfy &'cool' is key to getting kids to willingly sit in a booster. From order to door, this amazing seat arrived in less than 3 days with super saver shipping! (of course, i am on the same coast as the distribution center, but Amazon has always shipped my orders within just hours of ordering) SEAT DETAILS; I was pleasantly surprised that the 'spots' are BLACK not chocolate(if you care about that sort of thing like i do ;) What gives her *****? Build quality, fabrics, ergonomics, genius design from folding down forward, adjustable FULL back, to the smooth bottom to protect your leather seats...it's a no brainer. We have moved from Britax to Compass with ease. Or Cow to Giraffe... *Check out that camouflage version for your little man too!*

Better than expected

This booster seat thrilled my grandsons with the giraffe print, but the quality impressed this hard to please grandmother. With both boys outgrowing their car seats I needed a booster but was apprehensive after seeing the safety features on other models. I purchased two of these seats for boys ages 4 and 7..tall for their age children, and the varying height adjustment is magnificent..makes the seats feel custom. They are comfortable beyond description, my boys actually sighed when they first sat down, and I love the seat belt placement 'nook' that prevents the belt from slipping into places it doesn't belong. I could care less that it folds, but that would be mighty convenient for those who switch on/off with their seats..its pretty easy to do, as well. Worth every penny.

Fisher-Price Rainforest Open-Top Cradle Swing

Fisher-Price Rainforest Open-Top Cradle Swing

Short lived item for bigger babies

This swing has it's good and bad points. The GOOD: -Easy to assemble -Comfortable seat for baby to fall asleep in -Most of the music is not annoying to me -Plugs in to the wall, I've never put batteries in it -Mobile swings out of the way -Swings both directions The BAD: -The tray comes down in between the legs, making it difficult to use when you have the baby swaddled or in a nightgown -Now that my baby is around 16+ lbs, the motor is working overtime, sounds noisy, and the swing itself is getting unstable. I think I may have to retire it long before he hits the actual weight limit of the swing. I'm disappointed that this swing is not going to last much longer. It seems to be one of the best things for my baby when he gets wound up. But lately one of the legs is rising up off the floor when he is swinging. If you have a smaller baby, it will probably work well for you. It would work better if the tray was removable or there was no leg center piece.

Great Swing

I had this on my registry after reading good reviews. I got it for my shower so it was ready to use when I brought the baby home from hospital. He is three months old now and we use it alot. We have set it up between my computer and my husbands. He spends time in it when we are working at our computers. I never thought the ability to change the way it swings would matter, but apparently it does, my son has a definite preference for swinging side to side rather than back and forth. So that feature turned out to be very handy. He really enjoys the mobile. It hangs at a good height for him to see. The big reason for choosing it was the fact it didnt have to run off batteries. So we have it plugged into the wall and never had to even put batteries into it. Only things I would improve would be the following: A longer cord. The tray should be easy to remove. The other thing to keep in mind, is its not very portable. So if that is a feature you are looking for keep that in mind. We were not, we had a set place for this in mind. We have other rainforest items. It seems like a good set to get. Nice and vibrant colours for the babies to enjoy.

Just doesn't live up to the original

We had the duckie cradle swing (short lived production period) when my son was a baby. That swing put him into a coma for naps from 2 months till 6 months and saved my sanity many times. The only drawback was the battery factor... it chewed through D cells like no one's business. We kept it, hoping for another baby... and ended up with twins. A friend of a friend lent us her rainforest swing and I was stoked - coma for naps and NO BATTERIES! Unfortunately it's just not as good as it sounds. It didn't swing as high and it didn't swing as fast ... the mobile was slow, one of the leaves stopped flapping before we got it, and it wasn't in a good spot for baby to even view it ... the seat is different. It's easier to recline and seems more comfy BUT instead of being all one piece that tilts back or forward, only the back tilts or comes forward, which is not so good for a reflux baby - squishes the stomach SLIGHTLY more. (one of my twins we have dubbed "the spit up queen" so I am more attuned to these things than I care to be... it's OK if the back is reclined but not it you try to tilt it up) Neither of my twins cared for this swing at all - they would sit in it and look bored and then start to fuss and then start to cry until you took them out - they preferred the duckie swing. It worked its coma magic on them just like my son. I ended up buying a used aquarium swing (same concept only with music and lights in addition to the mobile) and they are so much happier. The aquarium swing is rigged up to plug in instead of use batteries so everyone is happy. Skip the rain forest swing - look for an aquarium or duckie swing. For what it's worth - people are complaining a lot about the rainforest motor dying... my son's duckie swing and the aquarium swing i bought are from 2003 and both are churning away strong as ever - maybe the quality was better then?

It's ok...

LOVE that it can be plugged into a wall instead of using batteries all the time. LOVE that it has an open-top design - no more interesting maneuvers to get baby in and out, especially while sleeping! LOVE that it's not completely hard-bottomed - from the seat up, it's like a sling. LOVE that it swings both side-to-side AND front-to-back. Here's what I DON'T love: 1.) The swing power does seem to be less than other models. Our old Fischer Price Cradle Swing evidently has some good velocity to it (which our daughter favors) and this one is a much tamer swing. 2.) The mobile moves sooooooooo slow that it doesn't hold my daughter's attention at all. 3.) It's lower to the ground than our old model (might be a pro for most, but my back prefers it to be a little higher with our big girl!) 4.) The music/sounds are pretty loud, even on the low setting. (You can forgo sounds altogether, if you choose.) 5.) I wish the tray had some toys on it - not really sure what people do with the trays - suction cup toys maybe?? 6.) I like that it has a 2 position recline, but there's barely a difference between the two. OVERALL It's a good swing, but I wouldn't purchase it again and I still might return it. I'm disappointed because I can tell my daughter misses her old swing, which still works - maybe she prefers the hard-backed seat or maybe the high velocity. The reason we bought a new one is because the mobile stopped working, we were tired of using so many batteries, and we plan on more kids. We also wanted a swing that went both ways. But now I'm kicking myself for not getting an Evenflo swing so we could use our Exersaucer toys on the swing tray...

CAN'T GET HIM OUT OF THIS SWING!

My boy loves this swing. I didn't realize how fast these kids can get attached to things. So, I guess this does what swings are supposed to do. Recommend it.

Sunshine Kids Radian65 Convertible Car Seat - Granite

Sunshine Kids Radian65 Convertible Car Seat - Granite

Needed a skinny seat

I needed to fit 3 car seats across in my van. This seat is one of the skinniest available. The only problem is that it is so heavy! If you are leaving it in the car permanently than that won't be a problem though. But if you are switching it from one car to another or expecting it to be easily carried you should be warned. Otherwise the seat is just what I needed.

Great car seat for both my boys!

I needed a car seat that would fit my growing 3 y.o. since he was close to outgrowing the 40lb. limit on the car seat we had. Also, we needed something for our new baby to grow in to. This fit perfectly for both of them. My baby loved that it wasn't overly padded (he gets hot quickly). Another reason we bought this car seat was because of the size. With two convertible car seats in the back of my Caliber, there wasn't much room for anything else. But with two of the Radians, the middle seat can actually be used! I love how the latch works, we can easily move the car seats and adjust them as compared to the metal hooks of other seats. We are planning on buying another set for our second vehicle.

Great seat, but very difficult to install safely without LATCH.

We bought two of these seats for our kids after much research. They are very solidly built, durable, and I believe they are very safe when used properly. The problem is installation. Our cars don't have LATCH systems and it is next to impossible to install these securely with the shoulder belt. I typically have to wrestle with each one for 20-40 minutes, often injuring my back and fingers to get them securely into our '92 Accord. Using the tether helps but it's very difficult to get the the shoulder/lap belt tight enough to minimize play, even using the locking clips. They simply will not fit safely in our '93 Corolla. Even the LATCH installations can be quite difficult in the rental cars we've used. The straps can also be quite difficult to adjust--they seem to get stuck underneath. I would love to give these a much higher rating but installation is so difficult that it can seriously compromise safety, not to mention usability.

Slender carseat a must for small cars!

We bought this product for our first child in 2006 when she outgrew her infant carseat at 6 months old. We've been very pleased with it for the most part. What we like best about it is how little width it takes up in our car. I would say it only takes up about as much space as an adult would -- meaning that if you have three seats in the back of your car and you put this car seat in the middle, any two adults who sit back there will still feel they have adequate room. This was a big plus when we recently had twins but didn't want to have to buy a completely new car just to accommodate their seats. We have a 2004 Toyota Highlander and all three of their carseats will fit across the back seat. The price tag for the two seats was hefty, but it was better than paying thousands for a new car! Although it is advertised as being foldable and portable, I'm not planning to lug three 20 lb. carseats through the airport anytime soon. Even lugging one car seat through the airport got to be pretty grueling. Additionally, the carrying bag (sold separately) irreparably broke after only two uses. All in all it is a good, compact, safe and sturdy seat for your children, but if you are looking for lightweight portability this isn't the product for you.

Radian 65

I was nervous about buying a car seat sight unseen, but we like the Radian65 very much. It is easy for my 2.5 year-old to get in & out of and it makes her feel like a big girl not to be in such a bulky seat. (We passed her Roundabout down to our baby after he outgrew his infant seat.) Three things to know/consider: 1) The crotch strap is pretty far back and you will have to dig it out from under your little one almost every time. 2) My husband was pulling it out of our trunk and it fell out of its folded position, smashing his fingers pretty badly. I don't think it'll be a problem now that we know to watch it. 3) There isn't much side padding on the seat, so there's not really a place for a child to rest her head if she falls asleep. Other than these relatively minor issues, I would recommend the Radian for purchase.

Bright Starts Bouncing Buddies Cradling Bouncer

Bright Starts Bouncing Buddies Cradling Bouncer

For twenty bucks...

This is what one should expect. The thing is just....blah! I like that it is HUGE, at least for my sons but they could have just added some better toys or something. Boring, a sight for sore eyes. The toy bar does not 'snap" into place. It just sits on the bouncer and can be easily removed. Boring, Boring, Boring, BORING THING!

Great!

I bought this for my 3 month old daughter and she loves it. Her favorite toy is the turtle and she really tries to grab at everything now. I only suggest using 1-2 toys at a time because otherwise it is too much. The fact that it cradles the baby is awesome too. I was worried that my daughter, who has to be sitting up most of the time to be happy, wouldn't like it. It has proved to be a great place for her. I'd recommend it to anyone and the price is the BEST!

great price 4 product

Since my boy has yet to be born i can only review on the looks&functionality.it was easy to put together. The printing is too cute! The colors are nice as well.Definitely a plus are the toys coming with the bouncer.I'm not sure if the vibration mode really calms a baby or more likely confuses it lol we'll see. I just thought it'd be more of a slight bouncy movement instead of just vibrations. The music is ok, too.You can put it in 2 different sound levels(low/loud).

affordable option

The seat itself is easy to assemble and the colors and dangling toys are attractive to an infant. The toybar is not safely secured to the seat. The directions say "one hand release" and I think they mean the infant can release it because it does not snap in or fit tightly.

Great affordable vibrating bouncy seat

My 2 month old daughter loves this bouncy seat. The toy bar is low enough that she can reach the toys but not so low that they are in her face. I like that there are 2 settings on the volume for the songs it plays, I only wish there were 2 settings for the vibration of the seat - it seems that the vibration is a bit strong/fast, but she seems to like it. The songs and the vibrations automatically turn off after a set period of time which can be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. This seat was very easy to assemble, and compared to prices on similar seats I definitely recommend it.

Chicco DJ Baby Walker - Splash

Chicco DJ Baby Walker - Splash

Love It!

My daughter loves this walker!! It's light and easy to put together. She can get around in it just fine!! Great product.

Great Walker!

We just bought this product for our 7 month old twins. They love it! It's a great size and easy for them to walk around in. They also LOVE the activity center. My only disappointment with this particular design is the areas that look red are really hot pink so it tends to look a little girly. But my boys don't know the difference so I don't mind.

Excellent product, as always Chicco products are high quality and save for our little ones.

I bought it a little late for my little boy, but acctually he is still playing with it every day. The savety brakes are excellent and don't let him go to undesireable places. The parts went together ease and doens have any risk of injury if you keep a close watch. Don't let you little one by itself, it is too risky. But the development is amazing, they learn quickly how to coordinate the movements and acquire speed quickly. I do recommend this product, as long as you monitor every where they go.

fixed back wheels

I love everything about this walker,i bought chicco because my first 2 kids had one and it was great, the toy tray isn't in babys face like some walkers ect......that being said the rear wheels are fixed so baby can't walk sideways, which is the direction they learn first, then backwards also a problem stearing it...it only goes forward well.plus the 'red' on the walker is hot pink.Still really durable walker Recomended age 6-11 months not for walking babies or babies that can't sit propped up or have good head control!

Great toy for active babies

My daughter is 5 1/2 month old and loves to stand on her feet all the time. This is the best toy to fit her needs! She smiles, jumps up and down and screams while she's playing in this walker. It's her favorite toy so far.

Go Go Kidz TravelMate - Black/ Orange

Go Go Kidz TravelMate - Black/ Orange

Pretty inconvenient

I was extremely disappointed with this product. I had very high hopes that it would be easy to use and would help us manage our daughter and her car seat in the airport. We used it on two trips last summer, which involved going through security in 4 airports and it didn't fit through the x ray in any of them! I also couldn't get any TSA agent to hand screen it, so I had to disassemble it and then reassemble it after security screening. It also doesn't fit down the aisle so we had to carry it and the carseat over the seats to our row. We also couldn't get it to fit in the airplane seat with it on, so it had to come off again for the flight. That meant we had to take it apart and put it back together a total of 3 times from the airport to the rental car. Also, the base of our carseat (Cosco Alpha Omega Elite) didn't work with the Go Go Kidz, so we had to carry that piece separately. This summer, we spent $30 on a rolling shaped duffle type bag that fit the car seat and has back pack style straps. I think it will be a much better investment. I hope I'll be able to sell it and recoup some of our cost.

Try Go Go Kidz TravelMate - IT WORKS!

My husband and I just took our daughter on her first flight and I'm so glad I found the Go Go Kidz TravelMate before we traveled! I just couldn't imagine having to trek through any airport having to haul our toddler and her bulky car seat around, so I purchased the TravelMate online. When it arrived at our home, before our trip, my husband just thought it was another example of frivolous spending. By the first leg of our journey he said it was quite helpful. When we got home, after our trip, he admitted he couldn't have managed without the TravelMate and that our money was well spent on it. The TravelMate was indeed a huge blessing! It's quick and easy to attach and remove, and fits nicely in an Express Jet's tiny overhead compartment. Also an added plus, is that your child's already familiar with their car seat, so they aren't startled by a strange new contraption. If you're headed out to an airport soon, be sure you've got a Go Go Kidz TravelMate with you!

Very convenient

I bought this item for my son (18 mo) for our trip to California. Im glad I did as it was useful to stroll him in his own carseat (a Britax Marathon)at the airport and put him on the plane seat (i bought him a ticket). I had my 7 month in the snuggli and i also had a diaper back pack. My husband held another hand carry after we checked in our baggage. The only problem I faced was at the security. Their X-ray machine was too small and there was a LONG line. They tried to push it in (it didnt go-the seat cover got BLACK stains) then one gentleman (security) took it aside and used the wand. It doesnt go through the isles of the aircraft (737/747) either. So I left it at the kitchen area and requested the flight attendent to give me some time to settle ourselves and our carry ons before I fix the carseat on the plane. You need an extension belt to attach the whole thing on the plane seat. I didnt have to remove the wheels on the plane (or in the car). They pop out easily if u need to. My son was happy in his own space. Slept, ate, played on the 6 hrs flight. We had let him run around before we got on the plane so he could stretch himself. This is a great product and so easy to install. The Britax marathon fits perfectly on the travel mate. My shopping experience at Amazon was great. My product arrived in time and in brand new condition. I would strongly recommend this product to tarvelling parents.

Best thing ever for airports!

This is such a wonderful invention! It worked perfect and made traveling with two kids under 2 so much easier! Little pricey but your sanity and comfort is well worth it. I recommend this product to anyone traveling with small children!

Sadly disappointed.

Part of the attraction to this product was that the carseat could be easily attached and removed. I was shocked to find out when I purchased the product that you actually have to screw the straps on and unscrew to get them off. That does not make traveling easier when you have to go through security as well as deal with impatient people on the airplane waiting for you to get situated etc, etc. Isn't the point to make traveling easier? If only someone could figure out a way to make it snap on and off.

Chicco C6 Stroller Tangerine

Chicco C6 Stroller Tangerine

Solid, take anywhere stroller!

We got this stroller for when we travelled. We didn't want to get an expensive 2nd stroller only to lose it in another continent (we know someone who lost their $200+ Maclaren at the Bangkok airport) but we didn't want to get a cheap, uncomfortable stroller either. The Chicco umbrella stroller was the perfect fit for us. Not too expensive so that we'd sweat if we lost it travelling and our baby girl, now 15 months old, likes it very much. Yes, there's a slight recline in the seat but our baby just relaxes into the seat. Then it zips down to unfold a second recline which is great for when baby is sleepy. Now, this isn't a stroller with all the bells and whistles (no cup holder and a only a small basket under the seat) so do consider this when looking for one. But it's a super lightweight stroller and so easy to manueuver. I am 5' 2" and hubby is 6' 1" and we both find it comfortable to push around. Hubby hasn't complained of kicking the wheels so can't comment on that issue. We've taken it everywhere and it still looks new(ish). I also like the tangerine color (doesn't show the dirt) and got a matching skip hop bag to attach at the back for additional storage space, the front pocket of which I use as a cup holder. A bonus - the purchase includes a stroller bag which is an additional expense with other strollers. Zip the stroller in the bag and leave at gatecheck!

Get up and go

This is a great stroller. It's very light, folds up well and so small in the back of my mini van. My husband and I use this for both my 8 month old and 2 year old. The younger baby uses it more and seems to enjoy her ride. The strap which goes near the crotch is fixed very close to the edge of the seat, so my baby doesn't stay seated towards the back of the chair. She kind of slides towards the front, but not usually. For my 2 year old, this problem is not an issue since she is bigger. The position of the chair in its fullest recline isn't as far back as I would like but it is at an angle that makes my baby comfortable enough to fall asleep. My husband is 5'11" and he sometimes kicks the back of the stroller if he is not aware of his distance. The plastic lock that holds the stroller closed when folded is extremely difficult to latch on, but not hard to open. The tangerine color is beautiful too. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs a single, lightweight, all-purpose stroller.

I'd give it NO stars if I could!!

This is just a few of the MANY reasons I hate this thing. 1) I have to bend over really far to push it (I'm only 5'7") 2) My husband and I both kick the wheels constantly when pushing it 3)When it folds up the wheels touch the sun shade and it gets FILTHY dirty. Mine looked disgusting after using it for the first time. 4) It's hard to steer 5) the storage basket is practically non-existant 6) The sun shade is a joke...it blocks NO sun 7) My daughter seems uncomfortable in it...she's always fussy in it. She doesn't fuss in her full size Graco stroller. 8) no cup holder for mommy or baby. 9)It only reclines an inch or two at best

solid stroller for the money

We purchased this stroller for our trip to NYC. We needed something lightweight and easy to fold and carry in the city. Our regular stroller is a Zooper Waltz, not super heavy at 17 lbs so we wanted something significantly lighter. The stroller performs great and I'm glad I didn't pay the extra money for the higher end umbrella models. Since we've been home we've kept it in the trunk of the car in place our regular stroller since it takes up such little room. My only compliant: the latch to hold it close is tough, but it seemed to loosen up the more we used it.

Serves purpose, mild comfort issues

As a lightweight stroller, it serves its purpose. It actually feels about 10 pounds, fits well inside the trunk and also easy to open and close. The colors available are all sharp and pretty pleasing. It's also hard to get dirty, which is a plus. The downside is that the harness between the legs are sewn in too far distal in the seat so that a smaller kid (and my baby is already 13 months) tend to slide forward in the seat so that he ends up slumped down instead of properly in the angle of the seat. The handlebars are sort of short and your back gets tired easily. Also, my stride is sort of long and my feet keeps on bumping into the wheels.

Compass Premier Folding Booster Car Seat - Daisy

Compass Premier Folding Booster Car Seat - Daisy

Fits car and daughter perfectly

My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loves her new seat. I have a 1996 Maxima and this seat fits into the car as though it were custom made for it. The seat belt is perfectly fitted to my daughter and I like that the headrest wraps more around her head. She loves the color too (pink). She is definitely more content in the car in this seat. She can even sleep in it without compromising the position of the seat belt (thanks to the design of the headrest).

Great Booster Seat!

Bought this for my 5 1/2 year-old daughter because she was finding it annoying to be strapped into her 5-point harness seat(Britax-huge seat)-so I did the research and bought this seat. It's very easy to use, adjust and buckle in/out. It folds up for easy storage-abit difficult to unfold. Enough padding to make it comfortable. My girls love the daisy print but my husband preferred the blue. We liked it so much that we bought another one for my 3 1/2 year-old daughter and she loves it. We ended up buying another set for my husband's car and another set for my parents. Loved by all! Highly recommend it-gave it four stars due to the diffculty in unfolding it-only negative that I can find.

Can't find any cons about this one

I bought this for my daughter from Wal-Mart online and could kick myself for it! It's the same price on Amazon, but shipping here is free!!! I paid Wal-Mart $50.00 to have it shipped to an APO. (Stupid, stupid, stupid!!) My 7 year old daughter LOVES the car seat. I bought it for her because she was 36 pounds at 7 years old, and the autobahn over here is crazy and I wanted her to be safe. I thought for sure she'd complain about having to be in a car seat again, but I haven't heard her complain yet. Now all of her friends want one! The head rest adjusts up and down, there are two cup holders, and the arm rests go up and down. I haven't found any flaws with this car seat. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!!

Love it!

Solid, secure, lightweight, very comfortable according to my four old. Love using the car seatbelt instead of the five point restraint. She sits up so much better in this. Can't fault it in any way.

Pretty and Well Made

This booster seat arrived very quickly after we ordered it. It's very pretty, more padded and definitely more comfortable than the Graco seats. Seems very well made. Light weight. The fact that it folds was not a factor to me when I ordered it, but now I've used that feature several times and love it. Overall a great product and one that our little girl likes very much.

Boon Frog Pod

Boon Frog Pod

Cute frog, but a no-stick here

This was given to us at our last baby's baby-shower. It was cute, but didn't stay up more than a week. Wasn't even that loaded. I wouldn't waste the money on it - I was surprised to see the price and would have never spent that much money on it. It now sits collecting dust, just waiting to be put in the recyling bin. On second thought maybe the scoop can be used in the baby pool???

We love our frog pod!

We love this cute frog! It mounted easily in our tiled shower using the included adhesive pad. It will fall if we load the top with too many bath products, so we just use it with toys and it works great!

Great Product

After going through several other bath tub organizers I figured I would give this one a shot. It's cute, large and not an eye sore. I was nervous when I read some of the other reviews about it falling all the time but I figured I would give it a shot and if it didn't work just return it. Mine came with the suction cups and from day 1 I've used it without any problems. My kids love it and it's a fast and easy clean up after every bath. I do not load it with heavy tub toys nor do I use the shelf to store soap bottles and shampoo. Maybe that has something to do with it not falling. It suits our needs just fine and I'm happy with it.

Great Pod!

I love this pod! I agree with other ppl dont let the strips go over a grout line. I also added the 3M water adhisive strips just incase. And a year later its still workin great!

Works great

I've owned this for over a year, and we initially had trouble with it sticking as well. I called the company and they were more than helpful. Apparently, because our bathtub wall is an exterior one, the winter cold and fluctuations in temperature were causing it to not stick. The company sent me another backing to stick it on, and this still did not work, so they sent me a backing with suction cups that has held ever since (all free of charge). It is very large, drains well, holds a ton of toys and soap bottles on the top shelf. Wonderful design, and excellent customer service!

RaZ-Berry Silicone Teether

RaZ-Berry Silicone Teether

Can't live without this wonderful teether!

My 5 month old son has never taken to pacifiers, and always gags like he's going to vomit when he gets one in his mouth. But for some weird reason, THIS magnificent item works for him! It doesn't serve to soothe the way a regular pacifier does, but he loves to gnaw on it all day long. The genius of this product is that ALL parts of it are chewy, so no matter which way he manages to get it in his mouth, it works for him. The nipple part is also chewier than regular pacifiers usually are. Overall, without this product i would have a much grumpier baby, it's a must have for my son! Grade: A+

It's ok

My three month old son is not keen on pacifiers. This one is no different. He'll take it on occassion but instead of using it to soothe his teething pain he marvels at the fact that he can grip it w/ his fingers. It's a short lived distraction from the teething pain at best.

the best teether out there

my 6 month old son loves this teether!!! i bought it even though he hates pacifiers, but this teether is great he can chew on the whole thing and there is no hard plastic. i had to buy another one as it is nw one of his favorite things!

Fabulous Teether

Our daughter just loved this teether. We weren't sure if she would like it right away but we couldn't take it out of her mouth. I highly recommend this product. We like it so much we came back and bought two more so we always have one in case the other gets lost or dropped.

great idea!

This is a great idea unfortunately my daughter (6 months) doesn't really get the concept yet... She keeps pulling it out to chew on the green part. We are going to keep trying...

Cloud b Twilight Turtle - Constellation Night Light

Cloud b Twilight Turtle - Constellation Night Light

Simple, fantastic addition to the nursery

This is a fantastic product that was loved by everyone at our baby shower and, most importantly, by our new daughter. At only 5 days old, she already calms and stops fussing when the twilight turtle is turned on. I would absolutely buy this again for myself or for a friend!

The leads stopped illuminating!!!

I bought this last year when I was expecting my daughter. It was the very first thing we bought for her cuz it seemed so very cute. Once she was born we placed it in her room, to use while she nursed at night. It was great while it lasted. My daughter wasn't even five months old when the lights stopped working. We changed the batteries, thinking that could be the problem but nope... the lights are still dead... We barely got to enjoy it for a few months, fifteen minutes each night.... Returning it woudn't even be an option since we live so far (south america) and would have to pay for the shipping to our PO box in Miami!!!

Just what my son wanted!

I bought this for my son becuase of his facination with stars and his inability to sleep without a nightlight. He loved it. The buttons are very simple to use and the turtle is solidly constructed. Battery life is excellent also.

Buy two of these

I bought this for a friend's child. It arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I couldn't wait to see how it worked...so I opened it up and well, I just can't give it up. I'm 56 yrs. old and the kid in me wouldn't let me give it away as a gift. I'm actually sleeping better. It turns itself off after 45 minutes. I'm usually asleep before the stars fade away. That's quite a recommendation from an insomniac. Now...I'll shop here again. I need a children's gift. And this transaction was perfect.

Not bright enough :(

I bought this for...me! I wanted it in the bedroom on the nights that hubby had to work--I loved the idea of stars on my ceiling. However, it simply isn't bright enough. I tried it on the floor, on the bed, on top of the tv. I'm really disappointed with it. If I hold it up nearer to the ceiling, it is quite nice--but only with the blue light on. I can't see the stars with the amber or green lights on.
